As the third employee, I assumed the role of leading the Product team. I actively engaged in on-site work at iconic venues like the Yankees, Cowboys, and Staples Center, collaborating directly with engineering to shape the UI design and refine the User Flow of CiscoVision—an application aimed at revolutionizing the stadium experience for fans.
Functioning as a domain expert, I closely collaborated with cross-functional team leads (Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA), distilling intricate user and business needs into comprehensive, customer-centric experiences and solutions.
