The path to my current position has been an incredible journey, commencing in the early 1990s with the development of basic games for MS-DOS and Amiga home computers.
In the mid-2000s, I spearheaded a startup Business Unit within a Fortune 25 company, guiding it from the Beta phase to deployment in over 300 stadiums. As the third employee, I assumed the role of leading the Product team. I actively engaged in on-site work at iconic venues like the Yankees, Cowboys, and Staples Center, collaborating directly with engineering to shape the UI design and refine the User Flow of CiscoVision—an application aimed at revolutionizing the stadium experience for fans.
Functioning as a domain expert, I closely collaborated with cross-functional team leads (Product, Engineering, Data Science, QA), distilling intricate user and business needs into comprehensive, customer-centric experiences and solutions.
Throughout my career, I’ve been at the forefront of implementing human-centered design methodologies across various applications, ensuring the delivery of top-quality, branded experiences and solutions across diverse industries. I’ve had the privilege of working with outstanding teams and contributing to the development of exceptional applications for industry leaders such as Apple, Google, Cisco, Intel, Public Sectors and others, spanning sectors like FinTech (PwC, IR), healthcare (UnitedHealth Group, Elevance Health), hospitality (Casinos), and sports (NFL, NBA, NCAA, UEFA, Olympics, Cricket, Rugby).
